Please read our Refund and Returns Policy about our rare ball pythons and wholesale reptiles before placing your order:
Because of the increasing complexity and vast quantity of Ball Python combos, we cannot 100% guarantee accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) genes in our reptiles. However, we do our best to identify each animal individually, and list any possible genetics along with any we are more certain of.
Please note that recessive genetics (homozygous & heterozygous) are always guaranteed.
We also guarantee the gender of the animal purchased. However, in the extreme rare cases purchaser believes and has tested the gender of the animal and it proves the opposite of that purchased, buyer has 1 (one) day to claim the inaccuracy, so please double check your purchase for its gender!
Due to the nature of our business, and our live arrival guarantee, all reptile sales are final. It is also possible that once one of our reptiles has entered your collection, that it has been exposed to pathogens, bacteria, etc., preventing us from allowing a reptile to enter back into our colony. Please click here to read our live arrival guarantee. We do not accept returns on live animal purchases unless your animal was DOA , or violated our animal guarantee.
However, if by some chance you have contacted us in request for an order cancellation that was approved, please note that all canceled orders will be charged a $10 restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund of the sale.
Why a restocking fee? When you place an order at Roussis Reptiles, the animals you have purchased are now put on hold. Then they will be marked “sold” on our site, and the beginning of processing your order begins immediately. This means that the animals you purchased are no longer available for other customers.
Please also note, there are some states where it is unfortunately illegal to ship live reptiles. If that is that case for your order and you reside in one of these states, your order will be canceled and you will be refunded for any charges when placing the order.
